Prices, images and descriptions
The sale prices of the products shown on the Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia website include taxes. Delivery costs are shown in the cart, but they will be excluded if the product total is equal to or higher than €150. Images are for illustrative purposes only; please always refer to the product title and description. All published information is to be considered valid, except for errors and/or omissions.
Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia operates in Italy and abroad, in compliance with current privacy regulations. The collected data will be stored only for the time strictly necessary and then deleted or anonymized.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty within 14 days of receiving the goods.

47924 Rimini (RN), Italy - After the communication, you will receive detailed instructions. The right of withdrawal applies only to complete and intact products. The original packaging must be intact.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. In the event of damage during transport, the customer will be informed in order to proceed with any claim against the courier.
- The refund, net of any handling costs, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- The right of withdrawal is forfeited if the product has been tampered with, is incomplete or damaged for reasons not related to transport.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made with a VAT number.
If the right of withdrawal is forfeited, the goods will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
Defective or Damaged Product
In the event of an error or defect, we will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We may request photos in order to assess the issue.
Covered cases include:
- Incorrect product
- Visibly damaged product
- Visibly defective product
Shipping costs will not be refunded if the return is due to personal reasons and not related to an error on our part.
Warranties
- All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or by a 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 24/02.
- The warranty is valid only for private consumers and does not apply to purchases made with a VAT number.
- For DOA products, defective on arrival, replacement will be handled according to the manufacturer’s policies.
- If replacement is not possible, an equivalent product or discount voucher may be offered.
- Goods returned for assistance must be intact and in their original packaging.
