Prices photos and descriptions
The selling prices of products illustrated on our website Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia are inclusive of taxes. Delivery costs are indicated in the shopping cart, but will be excluded if the amount of products is greater than or equal to 200€. The photos do not always show the actual product sold, but they are demonstrative, you must always check the information contained in the title and description. All data published in the ads are valid, unless there are errors and/or omissions of transcription, in the title, price, description or photo.
Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia operates in Italy and abroad, through electronic tools and manuals in compliance with the Code and current legislation on privacy.
All data acquired may not be used for purposes other than those indicated above and will be kept for the period necessary to carry out the same. After this period, the data will be deleted or transformed into an anonymous form. For details on purchases and services, the retention times will not exceed those established by current legislation.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with art. 64 and following of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, if the customer is a consumer (that is a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating in the order form to Sestamarcia Racing Parts a reference of VAT number), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without penalty and except as indicated in point 3 below.

To exercise this right, the customer must send an email with acknowledgement of receipt within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to vendite@sestamarcia.com

Received the email, Sestamarcia Racing Parts will send to the customer provisions on.
The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following mandatory conditions:
- the law shall apply to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (eg: accessories, attachments, etc...);
or the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, to insert it in a second box, should avoid in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product;
- the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer;
- the consignment, up to the attestation of received in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer;
- in case of damage of the goods during transport, Sestamarcia Racing Parts will notify the customer of the event (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal;
- Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia is not liable in any way for damage or theft/ loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;
- Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia will refund the customer the amount already paid, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs such as postage or all collection expenses in general, and any order handling and/or reimbursement charges incurred by Sestamarcia Racing Parts) within 14 days from the return of the goods, by means of a procedure for the reversal of the amount charged to the Credit Card (3% of the total order in invoice for Visa collection costs), issuance Discount Voucher to be spent on subsequent purchases at www.sestamarcia.com, or by Bank Transfer (deducting the cost of the transfer for reimbursement). In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to provide promptly the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN Cod. ABI - CAB - Current account of the holder of the order).
- The right of withdrawal falls out completely, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia verify:
- the lack of packing external and/or the original internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts,...) or anomalies in the product itself;
- the damage of the product for reasons other than its transport.
- The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if he purchases for purposes related to his business or professional activity, that is where he purchased with VAT number, with the issuance of an invoice.
In the event of revocation of the right of withdrawal, Sestamarcia Racing Parts will return to the sender the goods purchased, charging him the shipping costs and any other costs incurred.
Defective or damaged
We give maximum attention and commitment throughout the phase di Processing orders up to the packaging of goods, however, from time to time errors may occur. Please accept our apologies from this moment in case the product received is not the one you ordered, has arrived damaged or defective. As part of our objectives, we will do our best to resolve your request quickly, easily and without inconvenience.
We will review each return request individually; in some cases we may ask you for additional information, such as some photos, so you can choose the best actions to take. Our aim is to provide the best solution, in the shortest possible time. As a general rule, we will always bear the costs of return in case of our error, such as:
- Wrong product
- Product visibly damaged
- Visibly defective product
We will not reimburse the transport if the return is due to the fact that you no longer want the item in question. These costs will be borne by you and therefore we again recommend that you use an insured shipping service. You will not be able to make a refund, if any reported damage or defect does not depend on errors caused by us. The costs of re-shipping the product will be communicated to you as soon as we complete our verifications. In any case, the postage costs will not be refunded as they are considered to be incidental expenses intended for third parties.
Guarantees
1. Every products marketed by Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia.They are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty or by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to DLgs n. 24/02. To benefit from the warranty service, the Customer must keep the document that will be received with the goods purchased, if it was not sent you must request by email.
2. The conventional warranty from the manufacturer is supplied in accordance with the procedures described in the documentation on the inside of the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs required by the Authorized Service, as well as transport costs, if incurred by Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia.
3. The 24 months warranty pursuant to DLgs n. 24/02 applies to the product that has a defect of conformity, provided that it is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the accompanying technical documentation. This guarantee, in accordance with the Dlgs. No. 24/92, is reserved only to the private consumer (natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference of VAT number). In the event of a lack of conformity, Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia will, at no cost to the Customer, restore the product’s conformity by repair/replacement. If, following the intervention of an authorized service center, if a defect of conformity according to DLgs n. 24/02 does not appear, the Customer will be charged the possible costs of verification and restoration required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the transport costs if incurred by Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia.
4. The replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working at the first installation ignition or use), subject to the fulfilment of the conditions for the application of DLgs n. 24/02, will be carried out only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The time taken to replace or repair the product depends solely on those indicated by the manufacturer.
5. In the event that, for any reason Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia was not able to replace a product under warranty (restored or replaced) , may proceed, subject to the customer’s consent, to the replacement of the product itself (if still listed) or with another of the same characteristics and value or, finally, to the issuance of a coupon for an equal amount to be spent on another product in the catalog.
6. No damage can be claimed to Sestamarcia Racing Parts Italia for any delays in the execution of repair or replacement of products under warranty.
7. Where the application of guarantees the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packing and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to be placed in a second box; it is to be avoided in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.
