The Arai SMTOKEN0 was designed specifically for karting. the addition of additional features and improvements to the already impressive SMTOKEN1 .

Built using Arai SMTOKEN0 (Complex Laminate Construction). the shell of the SMTOKEN1 is so strong that it allows the use of a very soft coating SMTOKEN2 for better comfort and management of impact energy.

• Four ventilation holes in the input and extraction with diameter of the ventilation holes expanded both in the front and back. where the two holes are covered by the Formula Duct air outlet.
• There are also two ventilation holes in the chin area.
• Type F1 visor of the thickness of SMTOKEN0 prepared for the use of tear lenses (unchangeable viewer with model SMTOKEN1 ) with locking system with levers that facilitate opening.
• Visiera supplied with a lever locking system to simplify the opening even wearing gloves.
• Reduced opening of the visor housing. coming now to SMTOKEN0 .
• Calotta built with SMTOKEN0
• Opening of the extended helmet to increase comfort when you fit and ripple your helmet.
• Hardening of the base of the helmet implemented to increase the stiffness of the cap.
• Polystyrene in a single differentiated density cap. The exclusive Arai technology allows to achieve an internal shock-absorbing cap with multiple different density in one element. instead of assembling different density elements to get the final inner cap.
• Super sure. even if not required by current European legislation. Arai test his helmets with further safety verification: the penetration test puts the helmet on the impact of a metal cone of SMTOKEN0 . from a height of 3 meters.
